Other important information related to Registration


  • If one author has 2 accepted papers, then fee payment of one paper covers registration fees of both the papers.
  • In case one author / co-author is registering for more than 2 papers, then for 3rd paper, only 2000 INR / US$ 24 fee will be charged. And for 4th paper, fresh registration has to be done.

  1. Proof for availing discount i.e. scanned copy of IEEE membership number / Student I-card / Payment details of first paper.
  1. If an author has more than one accepted paper, the details of all papers must be provided in a single registration form by the same author. The full registration fee is applicable for the first paper, the second paper is free of charge and only ₹2000 / US$24 will be charged for the third paper. For a fourth paper, a fresh registration form at the applicable full registration fee is required.
  2. To avail a Student or IEEE Member discount, the registering author must upload their own valid Student ID card or IEEE Membership proof. If the discount is based on a co-author's ID, then that co-author must register the paper.
  3. Conference kit will be issued only when one has registered as “Author” or “Co-Author” and presented the paper in physical mode.
  4. If the paper is presented by at least one author, then certificates will be sent to all the authors after the conference via email.
  5. Payment receipt will be sent along with certificate via email after the conference.

b)  For International Authors:

Wire Transfer (outside India): The participant/author/co-author can pay the registration fee through wire transfer. Banks charge a processing fee for wire transfers, which varies from bank to bank. Kindly inquire about the processing fee from your bank and then pay the same along with the registration fee.

 

Important Points:

  1. All bank charges foreign/inland in connection with the registration fee remittance will be to the account of the Remitter. Shortage in the prescribed Fee amount, if any, on account of bank charges/short remittance received or credited to the Institute’s A/c shall be borne by the Remitter.
  2. It may be ensured that the Remitter’s (Participant/Author) name and the Purpose of remittance (Registration Fees) is clearly mentioned by the Remitter in the Funds Transfer Application.
