Step-1: All the authors of accepted papers in IC3-2026 are required to connect with our WhatsApp group as given below:

Step-1: Fill E-Copyright Form on EDAS (Use your respective EDAS id). The instructions to fill the E-Copyright are also available on EDAS.

Step-1: Please carefully prepare the Camera Ready Copy (MS Word/Latex) of the accepted paper as per IEEE template. To download MS Word Template and Latex template, click on https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates 

Step-2: Add following copyright clearance code notice on the bottom of the first page of each CRC

Step-3: Please check title, margin, section, subsection numbering, figure and table captioning style, referencing style etc very carefully. If your paper is not found in the IEEE style we will have to reject it.

Step-1: Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site ( https://ieee-pdf-express.org/ ) to validate the CRC of the accepted paper and generate the PDF of your CRC. The conference id is: 70927X

Step-2: Rename

(a) The original CRC (MS Word/Latex) with your paper id, like 15711XXXXXX_camerar.doc/ 15711XXXXXX_camerar.tex ,

(b) The validated CRC (PDF validated and generated using IEEE PDF eXpress) with your paper id, like 15711XXXXXX_camerar.pdf

Step-1: Make a single ZIP folder (Name of the ZIP folder should be your Paper Id) containing CRC (MS Word/Latex), and CRC (PDF validated and generated using IEEE PDF eXpress), latest by 09th July 2026 upload it via Google form https://forms.gle/didmQbmm564UPgCw8

Important Instructions: There will be no further submission of CRC document on EDAS
